The Alvar Aalto Collection is a staple of modern Finnish design and Iittala's most iconic series. It all started with series of vases in 1936 at which time the simple yet organic shape was a revolutionary statement.
The vases are still mouth blown at the Iittala factory in Finland and additional items inspired by Aalto have been added to the collection.
